How to use Apple Watch for Health tracking instead of exercise?
Is there a way to get real time data on mobility or fall risk? Indicators that I'm overexerting myself and need rest? Is there a way to make my Apple Watch work more like a Visible health tracker? I really do not want to use two wearable devices.
