How to turn off the outgoing text swoosh sound on iPhone 15 after update?

All of a sudden I'm generating a swoosh when I send a text. The Sounds & Haptics settings have a "sent mail" on/off, but NOT a "sent message" on/off. The Message app settings don't offer an option either. This is making me nuts. All help appreciated.
