Unable to access old Apple Music playlist due to regional restrictions

When I try to access my old Apple Music playlist, I keep getting the message:

‘The item you’ve requested is not currently available in your country or region.’

I’m just trying to add those songs to a new playlist, but I can’t even view the tracks to see what they were.
