Troubleshooting a Crashing App:
A. Reinstall the App:
Save what need be (i.e. log in credentials). and then add it back. I would ask other participants of the session if they are having the same issue.
B. Start with a Restart:
Having just installed any update, perform a restart: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
C. Contact the Developer:
