How to turn off Find My iPhone when screen is broken and not visible on iCloud account?

My iPhones screen is broken. Apple says I need to turn off find my iPhone, but I can’t with the screen broken. Then they told me to go to my iCloud account and I could do it from there. No luck. For some reason it’s not displayed on my iCloud account.
