Contacts Showing Only Numbers, Names Missing

My iPhone is updated to iOS 18.5. I haven’t touched anything recently, but I just noticed that all my contact names have disappeared, I only see phone numbers now. The country codes are correct, so that’s not the issue.

I’ve already tried restarting my iPhone several times, checked my iCloud settings, and even restored my contacts from an archive, my iCloud storage is fine but nothing seems to work.
