apple tv won’t play audio for first 4 seconds

First four seconds of video are silent on Netflix and Youtube apps.

I can temporarily fix the problem by rebooting the app in question. Then, I can hear all the audio. Nonetheless, the problem eventually recurs and I have to reboot the app all over again.

I’ve tried restarting ATV, but it doesn’t help.
