iCloud tabs option not available in edit menu in safari

So, as the title says. The iCloud tabs option doesn't appear in the edit menu in the safari browser. However it does when a tab is active on another logged device (like iPhone). Only then it's back to normal. It's been like this for months. I've tried everything, even using terminal, and nothing. Now I just hope someone who works on macOS or safari updates sees this.

I'm sorry, maybe it's my lack of understanding Polish(?), but your screenshot doesn't help enlighten me.

I don't know where you're seeing the Edit/Edytuj button. I don't know what content is supposed to be in that menu.

Safari (at least on my machine) doesn't have an Edit menu in the bottom corner, hence my confusion as to what you're showing here.

I mean, I have the edit button in the bottom right corner of safari start page (I believe that's how it's called in English). If you compare the screenshots, then you see that the fourth checkmark is for iCloud tabs. Fortunately, it is checked in my case and it works. Also sorry if my original post sounded a bit desperately, especially the last sentence. It's just that, this inconsistency reminds of a specific and quite popular os that I replaced with macOS.🪟😉

I see now.. you're using the default Safari Start Page (I prefer an empty page, so I wasn't seeing that button).

You actually answered this question yourself in your first post.

That's what it's there for.

When you have a page open in Safari on your iPad, there may be times when you want to continue working on your desktop/laptop. This open exists to make it easy to do so - it shows you the pages/tabs that are open on your iPad. Picking one of the options will open that page on your MacBook and you can continue from where you were.

If Safari isn't open on the iPad, then there are no valid links/pages to share, so the option is omitted.
