Hello, I have a question regarding the aspect ratio when I view Appletv . I have watched Foundation/MurderBot and other Shows in full resolution.What has happened in the last week or so that has put a box around the picture. This has never happened before. This makes viewing unpleasant

Could it be that you were streaming using AirPlay Screen Mirroring when this “box around the picture” happened? If the source screen isn’t 16:9, then extra padding may occur.
The solution is usually to use in-app AirPlay controls instead of system-wide screen mirroring, to stream not the source screen but the source video.
If you use the Apple TV app on your smart TV, then this shouldn’t happen, unless intentional by the show creators.
