iPad Air 5 and iPhone 16 Plus hotspot works only on Apple Arcade but not on Electronic Arts game

My iPad Air 5th generation and my new iPhone 16 Plus. The hotspot works only on Apple Arcade and won’t work on a game from Electronic Arts. That game keeps telling me it can’t connect to the server. Straight Talk says it’s not them. I had zero issues with my iPhone XR connection issues with my hotspot. I think it’s Apple’s problem. It’s not Verizon either. I can stream with my DSL. Reboots don’t fix the problem. What else do you have? Both software are up to date. Ball is in Apple’s court.

Correct. I meant that if it’s not my carrier or EA I will need to contact Apple. I’m using my hotspot now with no problems ( yet). I know they don’t do populism. The cricket ringtone is proof of that. I finally got a response from EA and I have hope that they can help me. If they can’t then I will be forced to call Apple. Thanks for the feedback link. I can do that for now. I had to get off hotspot to post.
