photos received through airdopes in my ipad aren't showing in google photos.

Try to set:

iPad Settings > Apps > Google Photos > Photos > Photo library access: Full Access

Google Photos avatar [at top right] > Turn on backup.

I have both settings OFF because I DON'T want Apple Photos to mix with Google Photos.
