iphone 13 colour being off in pictures

I have a problem with colours being slightly off in pictures and in all apps. If im on the app it will be shown slightly more dull then when i’m inbetween apps, see pic 1 and pic 2 where pic 2 shows the colour that matches reality but not shown on iPhone. How do I fix this?

I have looked at my settings and there are nothing strange there, no True Tone activated or filters.
