Contacts scrolling issue in iPhone 16 and CarPlay

Hello, if I scroll all the way down on the right side in my phone's contacts (iPhone 16), I don't get to the letter "Z", but end up somewhere near "T." Likewise, in CarPlay, when selecting a letter, the contacts jump back about 3 letters (when selecting "M", the contacts from "K" are displayed).

Does anyone know a solution?
