Mac can't connect icloud/imessage notifications.

I keep getting these notifications on our new mac mini. Is there any way to turn them off? I don't use icloud or imessage. Never have.

Ironically I was just looking at my Settings to find where to tell you to look and I got the same message. I never had to keep on signing in when I was running High Sierra but now that I am using Sequoia this happens almost daily.

If you do not use those services, make sure they are turned off in Settings > [your name at the top] > iCloud I don't know if that will deal with the issue though since I was signed into those services yesterday but apparently Sequoia now thinks I wasn't.

I am really regretting buying this new computer. :-(
