Unable to cancel my Google One subscription purchased via App Store

I bought my google one subscription via Apple, I cancelled it back in February.

I got an email today that since February up until now I am being charged for the google one subscription in a monthly basis.

I didnt know that.

But i cant manage to cancel de subscription because it wont let me in the App Store because I already unsubscribe it.

I dont know what to do.

I used my ex credit card, but now I set up my debit card to my phone and removed my ex credit card, but it is still charging her credit card with the google one subscription that i already unsubscribe

Mine is more crazy. I purchased yearly Google one 2TB yearly plan but then become monthly payments. I asked refund the second payment then my subscription is gone! Called Apple Store who’s name is Murad and he only tell me talk to Google but google law mentioned if purchase from Apple can only handle by Apple. If i purchase from Apple yearly then Ofcoz I shall continue my subscription yearly from Apple why asked us to call google ? Really? I’m like a football!?
