Unable to purchase music and missing songs in Apple Music library

So I’ve just realized I can no longer buy music! I am also missing songs that have been in my library for years!! I think I’m done now. I’ve had Apple for years. I buy everything Apple. Music has always been my favorite feature ever since you could scroll through the album covers on their sides, yes I’m that old. This does it for me I think. Nothing holding me back now from trying an Android phone. I would never change because of the music and that I loved Apple but now what’s the sense.
