Missing 'Sent' folder in iCloud Mail on iPhone and Mac

Hi All. I just set up a new apple i cloud mail account and have tested that it works on myiphone and Mac. the problem is that it seems to be lacking folders such as "sent!" (only inbox sn trash present). Is it me or how do i build these. Thanks
