How to get my music back after a copyright claim is removed?

Hello, I am a music producer who is facing the fact that my work has been used without my consent and further deleted through Apple Support on my behalf when I submitted a copyright claim. I find quite often that I resolve the issue with the person who used my work and they get the rights to use it on Apple Music. I send retraction for my copyright claim, but for some artists support restores the album or single and for some do not, what can I do?

I have already sent several messages saying that I have solved the problem and want the content back, but it still won't restore.
