Finder window moves to left side of screen when new tab is added

I am using Sequoia 15.5 on my Mac Mini with two monitors.

Finder windows moves to left side of the left screen when new tab is added. The size of the Finder window is always reduced too.

Even if the Finder window is on my right hand screen, it still keeps to the left side of left screen.

Read so many threads and checked every setting I can think of. No joy in solving.

Other apps work as you would expect and do not move their windows around.

Any suggestions? Short snippet of video to show what I mean.

OK I've found my solution.

I had downloaded and tried an app called FinderFix and the settings were controlling my Finder windows.

I shall leave this as a possible solution to others who may have a similar problem.

A lesson learned about trying out things and not exploring them properly and then forgetting about them.
