If you have installed Pages from the Mac App Store since Oct 2013, and it was not preinstalled by Apple or a third-party, then you may be able to get the last compatible version of Pages for Ventura 13.7.2. Apple does not provide any other means to obtain an older version of Pages.
Launch the Mac App Store and sign-in with the same Apple ID that you used to install Pages previously. Press cmd+0 (zero) to display the purchased panel. If Pages is there, you will see a means to install/download it (probably a blue cloud icon with a down arrow). You may see one or more dialogs that following. Do not click Cancel on it/them and the last dialog will ask if you want to install the last compatible version of Pages for Ventura. Do so.
Independently of the preceding paragraph, I recommend that you update Ventura its last version (13.7.6). You can do this on the System Setting > General > Software Update panel. If it is offering you a newer operating system upgrade, ignore that and scroll down to locate what is in the red circle annotation. Click More Info… to get the Ventura 13.7.6 update and you will likely see a newer version of Safari there too:
I recommend that you close any open documents and applications before you update Ventura.
