Apple CarPlay Echo During Call

Hi All!

I’ve seen a few older posts but nothing recently on this.

I have a 2025 Honda CR-V that came with the ability to use CarPlay when I connect a USB-C cable to my phone. If I’m connected to my car via Bluetooth, the audio for the person on the other end of the call can hear me perfectly fine with no issues.

When connected via USB-C and using CarPlay, the person on the other end of the call can hear a perfect echo of themselves.

Note that I’ve had no modifications to the car and is completely stock.

Any recommendations?
