iMessage syncing devices has become unreliable

All my devices are current with current software and have correct iCloud Message syncing settings. Since Sequoia my MacBook Pro falls out of message sync frequently. I can force syncing by selecting System Settings/iCloud/Messages/ [Sync Now]. If that fails a restart is required. And sometime I have to force syncing on my iPhone or iPad which ever ha the latest set of messages. Even sometime these work arounds don't cause syncing. Apple System Status always straight board GREEN. I don't recall having any of this flakiness in message syncing prior to Sequoia. BTW all other iCloud sync services work without extra polling the server (s).

Anyone else experience the same?
