Notifications not vibrating on apple watch

Hey guys,i just got my new apple watch se,but i am having problems with some apps like Snapchat,Viber,Messenger, when i get the notification on the watch,the watch doesn't wake up and it doesn't vibrate,and i want it to vibrate to notify me. I looked everywhere but i can't seem to fix it. Do you have any tips on what's the problem, and how can i fix this?
