Wallet - Available Balance wrong

Hi, i have installed and set up Wallet and verified all accounts with my bank and all cards show up in the app.

However, when i view the available balance for each card in the app the balance's don't match the cards actual balance verified at my bank. This does'nt happen for the first card set up but goes wrong when i add more cards.

I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, deleting and reinstalling all cards.

There is probably an easy answer or am i misunderstanding things.


What i expected to see when i tap on a card to view is :


The Card

Available Balance for the displayed card

The Latest Transactions for the displayed card.


What i get is:

The Card

Available Balance for a different card

The Latest Transactions for the different card.


Hope someone can help or suggest a solution, thanks.

Your best bet is to contact Apple Support in the UK and go over the issues and symptoms with an Apple Support Specialist. If you want to try fixing it yourself, I’d start with logging out of your Apple Account (formerly Apple ID) on all devices, restarting the devices and then logging back into your account. This will remove all your cards from your Wallet app on all your devices. Support may have a better place to start with diagnosing the issue. Good luck.
