I recorded videos on my iPhone but they are playing back in a really fast speed. I don't want them in slow-motion, just regular motion the way I took them.

So are the movies playing too fast or too slow? Which is it??
Anyway, macOS 15 Sequoia QuickTime Player plays middle part of high frame rate movies (seems to be ≈85 fps or more) in slow-motion (earlier macOS like Ventura seem to behave the same).

That's weird. Too fast to real life, right? With what setting did you shoot it? Can you replicate that? Describe your workflow and equipment in detail. An EtreCheck report would also eliminate much guesswork:
