Safari unable to enter Private Browsing "restricted by your organization"

I am trying to access private browsing window in Safari. It used to work when I first got my Mac, but now it does not. It says there it is restricted by an organization managing my device. I have ZERO MDM profiles, and have checked other apps (like Microsoft and OneDrive) that could be signing me in.

I am a student at the University of Florida (Go Gators!), but my MacBook Air is under my own Apple ID.

Can someone please help me figure this out?
