Mouse Keys or Sticky Keys

I recently purchased a MacBook Air M4 (13.6”), and initially everything worked fine — including logging in with password and Touch ID.

However, after I shut down the Mac and powered it back on, the login screen changed, and it now requires both username and password. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in because certain keys on the built-in keyboard (such as I, O, J, K,7) no longer work.

I suspect that Mouse Keys or Sticky Keys may have been activated accidentally, but:

The keyboard shortcut Option + Command + F5 (and with Fn added) does not work.

I cannot access System Settings because I’m stuck at the login screen.

I've also tried restarting and holding the power button for startup options, but the issue persists.

I would appreciate assistance in:

Diagnosing whether this is a hardware issue or accessibility settings lock.
