I synced my old iPhone to my new iPhone and now all the safari tabs I had opened on the old phone have disappeared and they’re not on the new phone. Is there a way to retrieve them?

Unfortunately, once the old phone is wiped or signed out of iCloud, those tabs are usually gone unless they had already synced to iCloud.
If the old iPhone is still accessible and signed in, you might see the open tabs by going into Safari on the new phone, tapping the tab view, and scrolling down to the list of tabs from other devices. If that doesn’t show them, the tabs likely weren’t synced in time, and there’s no built-in way to recover them.

I haven’t wiped the old phone yet. When the syncing was finished, none of the tabs and tab group appeared on the new one. When I opened safari on the old phone, all the tabs and tab groups had disappeared.
I think now I can only retrieve some of the tabs from history but not all.
