apple fitness rings inaccurate
I recently moved to the beach and I am more active. As a result, I’m getting alerted when a ring closes and I started tracking. I don’t understand the red ring. For example, my most recent day that I was super active closed the yellow ring but that’s it. I have never closed the red ring. Please help me fine tune whatever is going on.

My dog ate a drug on this day. She as unconscious and I could not find the emergency vet. I walked/ran 1.7 miles with a 12 pound dog for 40 minutes in a hilly area. You can see the spike on the Move and Exercise graph. So, if I didn’t close it then, then how?
