This Apple podcast episode is temporarily unavailable

This is happening to me with certain podcast(the whole show) and sometimes certain episodes within the podcast while others in the same podcast can be played. I thought it was some sort of paywall but apparently is not. I came across a similar post from back in 2020. Does anyone have this issue currently ?
