Flickering cursor in Yahoo Mail comments section

Flickering on YahooI have a Yahoo flickering issue when in comments section in Yahoo mail, it seems to be happening to people with different browser, is this an Yahoo problem issue

When Im in Yahoo comments and typing it flickers and moves cursor, I have to reposition cursor back and clik it again, at times I can complete and other times it flickers again, very, very annoying..
