How to remove persistent emergency weather alert on Apple Watch 10?

I’ve tried turning off weather notifications and government alert notifications. Have turned off both my iPhone and watch. The watch says there are no notifications. However, the weather alert still appears on the face. I want to delete it.

Hello oregondave51,

Looking at the weather.apple.com link the WX relies on your Location on sending WX Alerts. Have you tried on your iPhone > Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Scroll down Weather. I think the Default is Always, but you can try the other options to see if that cancels your Emergency WX Alert notification for you. If it was me I would leave Precise Location ON. The above also depends having your iWatch mirror your iPhone in the iWatch App settings too.
