Reminders created from Apple Watch won't sync to iCloud

Facing weird issue since last one year on my Apple Watch with regards to reminder app sync to icloud

• Overall iCloud sync is working completely fine between my Apple Watch and other apple devices except the reminder app.
• Any reminder created on my Apple Watch doesn't sync to apple cloud and hence, not visible on my other apple devices. However, a reminder created on other apple devices does sync and appear on my apple watch.

This happened on my Apple Watch 5 as well as Apple Watch 6,

• I have tried unpair and pairing again of my watch
• I have tried resetting my apple watch
• I have tried resetting both my Apple Watch as well as iPhone and then it worked for few min (I thought the issue was resolved, but after the backup on iPhone fully completed the issue came back)
