Family control not syncing across Organiser devices

HI

Im organiser for my family. I have 2 kids whom I set time limits on their iPads. Here’s the thing. On my iPhone, when I do some changes to the screen limit, it won’t take effect on my kids iPads. On my iPad (Organiser) , when I tweak the setting, it actually works.

Sometimes it’s the other way round, iPhone changes works, iPad don’t.

It seems like the organiser control only works on 1 organiser device at a time and not sure which device is going to affect the changes. So I have to go in both devices to update changes.

any solution to this?

all devices ( mine , kids’ ) are updated to latest iOS/ipados
