Can I use my English student discount on the Apple Spain website?

i am an english student living in spain for a few months and i would like to order a macbook air with the student discount and with an english keyboard. however i cannot order to spain from the english website and im not sure if i can use my student discount on the spanish website as i am an english student, i also dont know how i can get an english keyboard from the spanish website. any ideas? thanks x
