Find My Doesn't connect to AirPods regardless of it being "With You"

About a day ago, I've lost a pair of AirPods Pro's. I've been looking everywhere for it, but nothing. When I checked find my the pair of earbuds was "With You". I've tried tapping the "Play Sound" and "Find Nearby" buttons, but still nothing. Location services are turned on, the AirPods are charged, Bluetooth is on, and airplane mode is off.
