That’s a question for the Boeing Support. XML DOM (Document Object Model) is a process that parses XML documents. You might try one of the many XML viewer apps in the App Store, But Boeing should point you to a good one.

This issue is related to the software on the iPad. Everything works correctly in browsers that support the XML DOM (Document Object Model) functionality – it's just a matter of identifying a browser on iOS that includes this feature. There are several alternative browsers available in the App Store, but which one have it?
