Unknown Error 1852797029 when playing music iphone 16 pro

with wired headphones i often get 'Unknown Error 1852797029' when playing music. sometimes it will also randomly skip a bunch of songs until i unplug my headphones. i have a new iphone 16 pro running on ios 18.5.

this is literally a basic function of playing music with headphones - i dont understand why this is a problem. my iphone 5 ran better. fix this apple
