How to Remove #Images GIF Capability

I specifically want to block access to the “#Images” GIF module in iMessage. I find that I can re-arrange the order of iMessage apps in the drawer, but I cannot remove “#Images”. I can remove other apps in the Settings menu under Messages, but “#Images” does not show up there. Is there any way to do this? Open to anything.
