How to transfer only iPhone 14 camera roll photos to a Windows PC?

While transferring photos from iphone 14 to windows pc I am seeing pics from camera roll, whatsapp, screenshot all together. I just want to copy only phone camera clicked photo videos .How to do that?

Connecting through USB cable ,it opens internal storage and then folders with name monthwise eg. 202505

this folder has all pics from May month - camera, whatsapp, instagram .

I only want to see camera roll pics on pc

how to achieve that?

You seem to be looking directly at internal storage structures inside the phone and expecting to see distinctions that Apple has been downplaying at the user level for some time[*]. If that information is maintained at all (which is not entirely clear these days), it is probably elsewhere in the database about the photo library. Possibly a transfer utility with sufficient knowledge of the internal structure could make the distinction, but it is unlikely to be visible to a human looking directly at internal storage folders.

Have you looked into PC transfer utilities to see if any offer that sort of filtering? I've been a Mac user for so long that I'm out of touch with the Windows world, and I have not seen any recommendations for such a utility here from users with more experience bridging the gap.

[*] Only in recent releases has iOS offered a filter to hide screenshots from the main display. It still has no filter for other sources like WhatsApp.
