My phone is unlocked, but Siri can't restart. She says: I can't restart your phone, but you can do it yourself.

Is your phone locked (screen off) or unlocked (screen active)? If my phone is locked, Siri won't restart it. If my phone is not locked, Siri will and I just tested it.
