Unable to log in to iCloud on MacBook Air 2020 due to forgotten password and lost phone number

Forgot my iCloud MacBook Air 2020 login password on an Intel processor and lost my phone number. I can't even log in to the recovery mode. When I turn on my computer, it shows a globe, and when I connect to the internet, it opens a new screen with a picture of Face ID and a message saying "Enter your previous email and password." I tried to erase my Mac, but it didn't work.
