Hello, I have credit in my Applied account and when I want to spend it in an application, meaning to buy something inside the application, it refuses and gives me a link and says there is a problem with your account and I want my account problem to be solved as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.

This is a user to user forum. We cannot resolve your account issues here.
Go into your account settings and make sure you have a valid and verified payment method added to it.
If you have a pending charge or subscription you will need to let it complete.
click here ➜ If you need to change or update your Apple Account payment method - Apple Support
Once the issue has been resolved, your account balance will automatically be used when making a purchase.
If you need to contact Apple support for direct help resolving the issue with your account at https://getsupport.apple.com
Work through the options there, and you should eventually get a chat or call option at the bottom of the page. m
