Software doesn't backup iCloud folders added from apps

Hello,

I use FreeFileSync to backup my iCloud Drive regularly to an external hard drive. My problem is, that this software backups only those folders from iCloud, which are added/created by myself.

I have several folders created automatically by apps (for example from Pages, Numbers,...). Those folders aren't "seen" by the software.

I have the feeling those folders are maybe invisible for programs. I can see those folders (Pages, Numbers,...) inside Finder.

Is there maybe any workaround how I can backup all iCloud Drive folders?
