Overview of all family members' purchases in iCloud Family Sharing

I see a lot of questions related to sharing acquired purchases OR enable 'purchase sharing'.

But as the organiser of my 7 family members I would like to have an overview of ALL purchases and not only the ones on my account/devices. Is that possible?
