Why does “Report Message” disappear from Junk folder in iOS Messages after certain updates?

I’m working on an iOS extension using ILClassificationUIExtensionViewController to support message reporting (e.g., spam, scam, false positives/negatives). While testing, I noticed something inconsistent:

Previously, when an SMS was filtered into the Junk folder (by our SMS filtering extension), I still saw the “Report Message” option at the bottom of the thread — even for junk messages.

Recently though, for the same type of messages, I’m only seeing:

• “Delete Conversation”
• “Not Junk”

The “Report Message” option is no longer visible in the Junk context.
