Unable to add Santander Visa card to my Apple Wallet
Hi! The past few weeks I’ve been trying to add my Santander Visa to Apple Wallet and I always receive the same message: “Card Not Added: Contact your card issuer for more information”. I tried adding the card directly in Apple Wallet, then with the Santander App. I tried calling the bank and Visa, several times, and they are unsure of what to do, I even went to the physical branch. I called Apple Support to check that my phone is alright. I checked every step in the “If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay“ page. I tried adding it with WiFi and also cellular. I tried waiting a whole week to see if it resets. I asked for another card, and it still doesn’t work.
The most awkward thing is that I tried it with my dad’s iPhone and it worked!
At this point I’m not sure what to do.
