Apple Music on PC won't play recently downloaded song

I have recently installed the Apple Music app on my PC and I am not able to play a song that I recently purchased from iTunes store. The song is downloaded to my PC and I am able to play it if I navigate to the file in the File explorer and use a different media player. I am able to play other songs that were previously downloaded to my PC in the Apple Music media player. These files are in the same location (C:/Users/Kevin/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Music). I suspect it may be an authorization issue but I am able to see all my other purchased music for my account. When I try to click the Authorize Machine and enter my password, I see an error message that my password has changed. However, my password has not changed.
