Persisent visual artifacts and color- MacBook Air

Hello,

I have a MacBook Air M1 2020 (8GB), which is nearly full. I recently downloaded the Google Ads Editor app, and while working with it, the color and contrast of images, icons, and other elements across the entire system suddenly changed significantly.

Since then, a faint “Google Chrome” label has appeared over my desktop wallpaper. It’s visible on both of my user accounts and remains even when I switch between them.

Otherwise, everything seems to function normally. I’ve already tried uninstalling Google Ads Editor, restarting the Mac, and booting in Safe Mode.

Could you please advise me on how to fix this issue?

I'm attaching photos of the screen taken with my phone, because screenshots from the computer itself look normal.

Thank you.
