My Credit Card has been Charged By Flohealth.Com

Hi

I downloaded to look at this 'free' app and then cancelled it as it wasn't suitable for myself. So was really shocked to discover that my credit card has been charged £34.99 on 20th June. I have checked my phone and I have no apps at all listed for payment so I don't understand how or why this has happened and I would like my money back please.

I have been in contact with the company and they have said no charge was made, so is this an apple app issue. Whatever it is I would like this investigated and my money back please.

I have seen this happen before and would appear no response made from it with over 100 people agreeing with the issue now.

So please help

Many thanks and God Bless you 🤗

The website is billing you directly and if you are unable to get it resolved with them, you will then need to dispute the charge with the credit card being billed.

Here are the instructions they provide for cancelling a website subscription. Check your emails for any communication from the website that may indicate which email address is being used. That are have your account under a different email address, that may be why they cannot verify the subscription.

  1.  Clicking the link.
  2. On the log-in page, use the same email and password you used when you created your account on our website.
  3. After logging in, tap Cancel — and then Cancel plan.

If you bought a Flo Premium subscription on our website and used PayPal as your payment method, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Tap Profile (the gear icon) on the top right corner of the page.
  3. Go to Payments and tap Pre-approved payments.
  4. Select your Flo payment and tap Cancel.
  5. Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.

Hi,

Thankyou for this I have already contacted the company and they said that no charge has been made! So I have sent screen copy of charge with no card details showing just todays date and the transaction on the account to them and have heard nothing since. Which is why I though I would try apple for help in desperation. So will take your advice now and visit support.apple.com/billing .

So thankyou very much for you time,

God bless you 🤗
